Delivery

CleanCar.ie aim to dispatch goods on the same day or very next working day for orders received up until 4pm. All orders are shipped by next day courier with the exception of very small items where the An Post service is used. Whilst this is a next day service it may take 2 days to reach more remote parts of the country.

Courier deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you are not in to receive your order you may have to pick it up from your local depot or rearrange delivery.

Delivery charges are based on the dimensions & weight of your order, which is calculated at checkout. You will need to provide your details (name/address) for our system to provide a shipping quote.

*Please note large or fragile items will be calculated on dimesons.  As a guideline 3kg is approximately 5-6 normal size Chemical Guys bottles*

If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately.

We advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.

If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
